The choise should be left to the African Peoples whether to have a form of unity the American or The EUROPEAN type of union.
The history of the United States of America should be seen in the contest of world power allignement in the eighteenth century, the African nations in the twenthy first century cannot ignore the public oppinion, which strives for a modern African Union, in the form of THE EUROPEAN UNION, with single AFRO, the African currency and every African member state withholding its identity, allowing citizens free transit through agreed boundaries.
